Il TWIST è il primo elettro scuotitore a moto contrapposto unico, nel suo genere, interamente progettato e costruito da AIMA srl, utilizzando i più avanzati sistemi di progetto, ricerca e tecniche produttive.
Lo scuotitore TWIST segna una svolta nel campo della macchine elettriche per la raccolta delle olive proponendo il nuovo sistema a due pettini sovrapposti con movimento oscillatorio contrapposto (brevettato).
Questo sistema, oltre a garantire bassissime vibrazioni della macchina, risulta particolarmente performante nella raccolta delle olive (anche le più tenaci) facendole cadere nel perimetro della pianta.
L’ottima ergonomia della testa, unita alle lunghe aste in fibra di carbonio, assicura un’ottima penetrazione nelle piante (anche le più folte), senza causare danneggiamenti alla pianta stessa.
I cinematismi della testa realizzati con materiali autolubrificanti e montati completamente su cuscinetti,
assicurano affidabilità nel tempo e bassissima manutenzione
I nuovi semigusci della testa e i nuovi pettini sono stati modificati in modo da limitare al minimo la penetrazione di polvere e di sporco negli organi di trasmissione.
