Le sostanze amare sono state quasi completamente eliminate dalla dieta moderna. Questa eliminazione viene accusata dal sistema digestivo del nostro corpo. Infatti le sostanze amare hanno la capacità di migliorare numerose funzionalità organiche. L'amaro svedese non è un medicinale e non vanta proprietà curative, ma grazie alle proprietà delle sue erbe è un valido rimedio salutistico.

Modalità di assunzione: 1 cucchiaio da cucina (ca. 20-30 ml.) dopo i pasti principali.
Benefici:
L'Amaro Svedese può essere utilizzato sia per uso interno che per uso esterno (come impacco o cataplasma). Per uso interno può essere assunto sia puro che disciolto in altre bevande come succhi di frutta o tisane calde o fredde. Per far evaporare l'alcool si consiglia di diluire la quantità di prodotto in acqua molto bollente.
