Continuare a forare applicando una pressione moderata e omogenea, evitando movimenti oscillatori, rispettando la tabella delle
velocità e utilizzando il refrigerante
Per legno o materiali di sostituzione del legno, si raccomanda la "ventilazione" della sega a tazza
Per impieghi frequenti su lamiere in acciaio e acciaio inossidabile, consigliamo l'impiego delle seghe a tazza con taglienti HW
Campi d’impiego: acciaio, inox*, ghisa*, rame, ottone, alluminio, legno**, plastica**
Impiego:
Iniziare la foratura con una pressione bassa, procedere poi con pressione moderata, evitando movimenti pendolari
Attenersi strettamente alla tabella di rotazione, refrigerare abbondantemente
Forando legno o materiali similari (spessi), scaricare regolarmente i trucioli sollevando la sega a tazza dal materiale in lavorazione
Per impieghi frequenti su lamiere in inox, consigliamo l’impiego delle seghe a tazza con taglienti in HM
Non idonee per lamiere molto sottili, p.es. per grondaie o altri materiali che flettano
