Raccolta fra settembre e ottobre, questa particolare tipologia di tè verde ha un bassissimo contenuto di teina, favorisce la digestione e regola il metabolismo. Insieme alle foglie di elianto, fiordaliso e rosa si arricchisce di un aroma fruttato e fresco, piacevolissimo da bere puro senza aggiunta di zuccheri. Si consiglia l’infusione in acqua tiepida per non alterarne il gusto e le proprietà.
INGREDIENTI: Tè verde bancha (Giappone), fiori e foglie di elianto, fiori e foglie di fiordaliso, fiori di rosa, aromi
COLORE: Giallo Dorato.
AROMA E PROFUMI: Molto profumato di fiori e frutti
SAPORE: Dolce al palato molto piacevole fruttato e fiorito
PREPARAZIONE: 2/3 gr. per 200 cc. di acqua alla temperatura di 80° lasciare in infusione 2-3 minuti.
COME BERLO: Da bere in purezza perché è buonissimo senza l'aggiunta di zucchero o miele
