Grazie agli accessori, il boccale, il gruppo coltelli, il varoma, il cestello e la farfalla, l’elettrodomestico svolge tantissime funzioni. Una volta inseriti gli ingredienti al suo interno, si scelgono gli utensili più adatti e si programma il Bimby per cucinare. L’elettrodomestico si fermerà da solo quando avrà finito.
Le funzioni del Bymby sono:
Tritare: il robot da cucina può tritare tutto, dalle verdure alla carne e anche il ghiaccio.
Impastare: per preparare focacce, biscotti e non solo,il Bimby impasta al posto vostro la pizza, il pane, i dolci e la pasta frolla, ottenendo un impasto ben amalgamato.
Cuocere: il Bimby cuoce tutte le tipologie di piatto, come il risotto, la carne e la pasta, in tempi più rapidi rispetto alla cottura in pentola tradizionale.
Montare: è la funzione perfetta per preparare la panna montata fresca e le uova a neve senza alcuna fatica.
Polverizzare: con il Bimby è possibile creare polvere di legumi, pane e cioccolato. Con questa funzione si macina anche il caffè in grani.
Cuocere al vapore: la cottura a vapore consente di preparare cibi a basso contenuto calorico, come le verdure e il pesce.
Frullare: il robot frulla frutta e verdura per ottimi frullati, adatti soprattutto nella stagione estiva.
Grattugiare: quest’ultima è la funzione che consente di grattugiare qualsiasi alimento, come le verdure e il parmigiano.
