Resistente al calore dopo la essiccazione completa fino a 260C e punte fino a 300C sopportate per brevi periodi (circa 1 ora). Facilmente utilizzabile. Resistente alla acqua. Mantiene lelasticit. Resistente ai raggi UV e agli agenti atmosferici. Estrema stabilit su quasi tutte le superfici. Resistente alle sostanze chimiche. Non scolorisce. Per incollare e sigillare fughe, giunti e fessure che si desidera abbiano elevata resistenza al calore. Buona adesione a vetro, smalto, piastrelle, ceramica vetrata e metalli lisci. Estremamente adatto in particolar modo per lo incollaggio e la sigillatura di vetri di forni e microonde, bordi intorno a piastre di cottura (in ceramica), tubazioni con passaggio di fluidi caldi, canne fumarie, barriere di protezione dal calore per camini.
