Lo Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), conosciuto come la "Regina delle Erbe", è una piccola pianta con foglie aghiformi e delicati fiori bianchi appartenente alla famiglia degli asparagi. Venerata da millenni nella medicina ayurvedica, è citata anche nelle tradizioni mediche cinese, tibetana e islamica come il "dono alle donne".
Quando utilizzarlo: Ideale nei momenti di squilibrio ormonale, stanchezza cronica, stress, o come supporto durante il ciclo mestruale e la menopausa.
Come assumere: Seguire le indicazioni riportate sulla confezione. Si consiglia di assumere con acqua durante i pasti per una migliore tollerabilità.
