La Colomba Pera e Cioccolato Fiasconaro è un lievitato artigianale preparato con lievito madre e sottoposto a una lenta lievitazione naturale di 36 ore. L’impasto, soffice e profumato, è realizzato con ingredienti selezionati, tra cui burro, miele di Sicilia e uova fresche da galline allevate a terra.
La ricetta, priva di uvetta e canditi tradizionali, è arricchita con pezzetti di pera William e gocce di cioccolato fondente. La dolcezza morbida della frutta si combina con il gusto deciso del cioccolato, creando un equilibrio piacevole e avvolgente.
La superficie è ricoperta da cioccolato bianco e croccantini di cioccolato al latte, che aggiungono una delicata nota croccante. Prodotta a Castelbuono e incartata a mano, è una colomba raffinata, ideale da condividere durante le festività pasquali o da scegliere come regalo.
