ETB-VB21 è progettato per la trasmissione di segnale video e alimentazione tramite un cavo twistato (UTP, FTP). Il dispositivo adatta l'impedenza del cavo coassiale 75 Ω all'impedenza del cavo simmetrico assicurando la trasmissione del segnale video ad una distanza massima di 400 metri (cavo twistato di categoria 5e/6) ed elimina le interferenze asimmetriche.
