Venne chiamata "La speranza di Margaret" dal proprietario, in onore della figlia morta prematuramente, il cui desiderio era poter tornare a rivedere la bellissima valle. Utilizza cultivar di Camellia sinensis sinensis che crescono molto lentamente, rendendo il tè particolarmente aromatico.
COLORE: Rame aranciato.
AROMA E PROFUMI: Tipico di moscatello e spezie, note floreali e fruttate.
SAPORE: Corrispondente all'aroma, poco allappante, note di frutta.
PREPARAZIONE: 2/3 gr. per 200 cc. di acqua alla temperatura di 90° lasciare in infusione 3 minuti.
COME BERLO: Ottimo tè per la colazione puro o con zucchero. Perfetto anche il pomeriggio. Molto dissetante ghiacciato. Piatti piccanti (curry, cucina indiana), ma si abbina bene ai piatti salati in genere. Tra i dessert creme al cucchiaio.
