La DKE si prende in base alla carenza di VitD. Consiglio sempre di fare un esame del sangue (anche il test veloce in farmacia) per capire se sei carente oppure no.
In caso di carenza consiglio 2 capsule e pranzo e 2 capsule a cena.
Se invece sei nella norma, per il mantenimento consiglio 1 capsula dopo pranzo e 1 capsula dopo cena, tutti i giorni,lontano dal caffè che inibisce l'assorbimento. In questo modo, anche la VitD contenuta nel pasto, verrà assimilata dalla K2 contenuta nel complesso.
