La cicoria è ricca di inulina, fibra prebiotica che promuove la regolarità del transito intestinale e, insieme ai fermenti lattici probiotici, favorisce l’equilibrio della flora batterica intestinale. Maitake e shiitake, inoltre, contribuiscono a sostenere le naturali difese dell’organismo.
