L'olio essenziale di Menta Piperita è un concentrato di freschezza e vitalità, estratto dalle foglie di Mentha piperita L. attraverso distillazione in corrente di vapore. Il suo aroma intenso e balsamico lo rende uno degli oli essenziali più versatili e apprezzati in aromaterapia.
Diffusione ambientale: 5-6 gocce nel diffusore per aromaterapia per purificare l'aria e favorire la concentrazione.
Uso topico: diluire 2-3 gocce in olio vegetale vettore (mandorle dolci, jojoba) per massaggi localizzati.
Bagno aromatico: 8-10 gocce diluite in un cucchiaio di miele o sale grosso da sciogliere nell'acqua della vasca.
