Indicazioni per l'uso
Poche gocce, mescolate con crema, olio o shampoo, sono sufficienti per beneficiare del loro effluvio balsamico:
• 3-4 gocce sulle tempie o sul palmo delle mani
• 7-10 gocce per gambe, zona cervicale e frizioni sul cuoio capelluto
• 10 gocce per il pediluvio
• 15 nella vasca da bagno
Pure:
• 5-7 gocce sul fazzoletto, sul cuscino per la notte, in acqua calda per vapori
• 10-15 gocce in diffusore ultrasuoni, umidificatore.
Curiosità
Dalle spiccate proprietà balsamiche, antisettiche e rinfrescanti, il Timo è anche in grado di aiutare le vie respiratorie a difendersi dall’attacco dei batteri infettanti poiché ricco di fenoli, terpinene, pinene, tannini e saponine.
