Utilizzo:
La fascia va posizionata all'esterno del fermentatore e regolata in altezza in base alla temperatura che si vuole ottenere.
Spostando la fascia verso la parte superiore del contenitore la temperatura del mosto sarà più bassa, mentre abbassando la temperatura del mosto aumenterà. Il seguente schema mostra l'altezza a seconda della temperatura ambiente:
