Ferro BisglicinatoEsistono tanti tipi di integratori di ferro diversi, ma da diversi studi risulta che il ferro bisglicinato, sia il più biodisponibile e quindi venga assorbito meglio ed in maggior quantità. Elemento molto importante ma di difficile assorbimento, infatti, solo il 5-10% di quello fornito dal cibo è effettivamente assimilato dall'organismo.
