Il filtro autopulente PIGI è dotato di una particolare cartuccia con struttura di sostegno romboidale che provoca una forte turbolenza nella fase di scarico, così facendo si facilita l’evacuazione del materiale depositato e la pulizia della cartuccia e la pulizia della cartuccia stessa.
Il corpo, la ghiera e la valvola di spurgo di questo filtro PIGI sono in ottone stampato OT 58, nichelato. Il bicchiere trasparente è in Grillamid®, resistente da 10°C a 40°C, per alimenti. La cartuccia è in lamiera microstirata in acciaio INOX AISI 316, a doppio strato, con potere filtrante 100 micron. È conforme al decreto 443/90 del Ministero della Sanità ed è pertanto idoneo al trattamento dell’acqua potabile.
Il filtro autopulente manuale PIGI inoltre trattiene gran parte delle impurità contenute nell’acqua (sabbia, scaglie, ecc…) e la sua installazione è consigliabile su tutti gli impianti idrici ed igienico-sanitario per evitare il danneggiamento di riduttori di pressione, valvolame e miscelatori. Il filtro PIGI garantisce la filtrazione delle impurità che, depositandosi nella cartuccia filtrante, vengono facilmente eliminate tramite l’apertura della valvola di spurgo posta sul fondo del filtro, permettendo una pulizia semplice e veloce della cartuccia interna.
