Caratteristiche:
Flortis Aceto concentrato è un aceto, non a consumo alimentare, ottenuto grazie all'azione di batteri del genere Acetobatteri, che in presenza di aria ossidano l'etanolo contenuto nel vino e in altre materie prime quali cereali e frutta, trasformandolo in acido acetico. La percentuale di acido acetico che ne risulta varia in base al tipo di fermentazione. L'aceto usato in cucina contiene tipicamente un volume di acido acetico compreso fra 3-5%, mentre questo prodotto arriva ad avere una percentuale 5 volte superiore. Grazie alla sua acidità, l’aceto si utilizza come corroborante per abbassare il pH dell'acqua quando si eseguono trattamenti con prodotti biologici alcuni dei quali perdono o diminuiscono la loro efficacia a pH neutro e alcalino. A contatto con tutti i tipi di piante (es. fiori, erbe infestanti ecc..) esplica azione di disseccamento cioè a contatto con le piante ne altera in profondità i tessuti fino a bruciarli. Non lascia residui.
