Il forno a legna Rossella 100x85x200, è perfetto per chi cerca un forno a legna di medie dimensioni di altissima qualità.
Materiali impiegati di prima qualità fatti in Italia e progettato per resistere e durare nel tempo.
La grande bocca permette di accedere alla camera agevolmente, camera che misura 80x60x35cm con un piano refrattario che può ospitare fino a 4 pizze di piccole-medie dimensioni
FACILE da usare più di un barbecue: si accende in pochissimo tempo (in 15/20 minuti raggiunge i 400°C) con legna di piccolo taglio ed è subito pronto per cuocere, grazie alla volta in acciaio inox.
La coibentazione in lana di roccia naturale e il piano fuoco in refrattario permettono di conservare efficacemente la temperatura prodotta e di limitare il consumo di legna.
Esso può sfornare anche fino a ben 60 pizze all’ora senza perdere colpi.
Alla fine della serata, se si lascia raffreddare per qualche minuto, si possono infornare anche fino a 5 Kg di pane.
Facilmente TRASPORTABILE; posizionabile ovunque, terrazzi e balconi compresi, grazie al carrello da trasporto di cui è dotato ed al suo peso limitato.
Struttura è SUPER-RESISTENTE alle sollecitazioni e alle alte temperature.
