Grazie al recipiente in Acciaio della capienza di ben 4.5 Litri, si possono preparare facilmente anche grandi quantità d'impasto. Per metterlo in funzione basta premere il pulsante di ribaltamento e la testa si solleva automaticamente. Frusta a filo grosso. La frusta è adatta per preparare miscele liquide ed ingredienti leggeri e vellulati come panna montata, chiara d'uovo montata a neve o pudding.
