Macerazione a freddo di : erbe, radici, polpe, agrumi e solubilizzazione di oli essenziali di agrumi.
PRINCIPALI BOTANICHE UTILIZZATE.
Arance dolci e amare, menta, china calisaya, rabarbaro, liquirizia, genziana, distillato di vino, artemisia, caffè, gomma mirra, cannella, mandorle,
chiodi di garofano, camomilla e fico d'india.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Corroborante e deciso, questo amaro si rivela immediatamente con il suo carattere distintivo.
