Vitigno a bacca bianca autoctono dell’Albese. Le sue prime testimonianze risalgono ai primi dell’800. Riscoperto negli ultimi anni, sta riscuotendo molto successo, riesce a stupire anche i palati più esigenti. In bocca la freschezza inonda il palato e persiste grazie al tappeto sapido che, insieme alla frutta secca, sono artefici di una piacevole sensazione succosa e serica. Colore giallo paglierino con sfumature verdognole. Vino strutturato e di giusta acidità, con note floreali di acacia, fruttato con sentori di mela, pesca gialla e miele e con una leggera nota di vanigliato e di salinità. Vino adatto per aperitivi, piatti di pesce e primi piatti a base di tartufo bianco.
