Una piacevole, dolce miscela di erbe dalle note proprietà carminative al profumo intenso di anice. Ottima dopopasto o sorseggiata durante il giorno.
INGREDIENTI: Radice di Liquirizia al 100% in taglio tisana
COLORE: Giallo bruno.
AROMI E PROFUMI: Dolciastro, intenso di legno.
SAPORE: Morbido, piacevole al palato, dolciastro.
PREPARAZIONE: 3/4 gr. per 200 cc. di acqua alla temperatura di 95° lasciare in infusione 5-6 minuti. Meglio se preparata come decotto lasciando bollire 5-8 minuti.
COME BERLO: Tutto il giorno. Bere puro o con miele o una punta di zucchero. Biscottini da tè, torte casalinghe,crostate.
