Tenore per dose giornaliera dei minerali: per un cucchiaino: (2,4 g) magnesio 215 mg (57,5 VNR%*). Per due cucchiaini (4,8 g): magnesio 430 mg (115 VNR%*). *VNR = Valori Nutritivi di Riferimento.
Dose giornaliera raccomandata:si consiglia l’assunzione di un cucchiaino (2,4 g) da sciogliere in un bicchiere pieno d’acqua (180-200 ml). Per ridurre il tempo di preparazione, si consiglia di
utilizzare acqua tiepida o calda. Mescolare ed attendere il raggiungimento della trasparenza della soluzione, segno che il prodotto è pronto da bere. Al bisogno assumere un secondo cucchiaino in altro momento della giornata. Assumere fino a 2 cucchiaini (4,8 g) al giorno.
