Mapei MapePUR Roof Foam M e G sono schiume poliuretaniche monocomponenti autoespandenti, ideali per l’incollaggio rapido di componenti edili e per il riempimento, la sigillatura e l’isolamento di vuoti e discontinuità in vari dettagli costruttivi.
Le schiume sono composte da una miscela di prepolimero poliuretanico, agenti schiumogeni e additivi speciali, totalmente esenti da CFC e non dannosi per l’ozono2. Reagiscono con l’umidità atmosferica per espandersi e indurire rapidamente.
Per l’applicazione, assicurarsi che la superficie sia pulita e priva di oli e grassi. Agitare la bomboletta per 30 secondi prima dell’uso e inumidire il supporto con acqua nebulizzata. Applicare la schiuma a cordoli o punti e posizionare l’oggetto da incollare sullo strato fresco di schiuma.
La resa di MapePUR Roof Foam M e G è fino a 45 litri con espansione libera a +20°C e 60% U.R. Per incollaggi di coppi e tegole, la resa di una bomboletta da 750 ml varia da 6-16 m² a seconda della pendenza e delle sollecitazioni previste.
La schiuma è resistente alle intemperie? Sì, è impermeabile e resiste a temperature estreme da -40°C a +90°C.
È possibile verniciare la schiuma dopo l’applicazione? Dopo l’indurimento, la schiuma può essere tagliata, carteggiata e verniciata.
Come si pulisce la schiuma non ancora indurita? Utilizzare il pulitore MapePUR Cleaner spruzzandolo sulle superfici interessate.
Quali materiali possono essere incollati con MapePUR Roof Foam? La schiuma aderisce a mattoni, calcestruzzo, gesso, legno, metalli, vetro, polistirolo espanso, PVC e schiume poliuretaniche rigide.
Come si conservano le bombolette di MapePUR Roof Foam? Conservare in posizione verticale, in luogo coperto ed asciutto, a temperature tra +10°C e +25°C.
