Sciogliere un panetto di mandorla in 1 litro di acqua tiepida
(800cc di acqua e 200cc di latte) oppure con acqua fredda nel frullatore. Servire freddo
Sciogliere un panetto di mandorla in 1 litro di acqua e 200gr di zucchero, porre in freezer rimestando di tanto
in tanto. Appena surgelata servitela.
Sciogliere il panetto di mandorla in 1 litro di latte tiepido nel frattempo mantecare 3 tuorli d’uovo con tre cucchiai di zucchero, versarvi lentamente il latte in cui è stato sciolto il panetto e far cuocere la crema per 10 minuti, far intiepidire prima di porre nella gelatiera o in freezer.
Ingredienti: Zucchero , 40% Mandorla Siciliana , Sciroppo di glucosio , Aromi.
