Integratore alimentare a base di melatonina, che contribuisce alla riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno. L'effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di melatonina.
Non contiene: derivati del latte, zuccheri aggiunti, conservanti aggiunti, coloranti artificiali, aromi artificiali, ogm. Adatto ai vegetariani e ai vegani.

Modalità d'uso
Si consiglia di diluire in poca acqua 20 gocce per assumere 1 mg di melatonina.
L’effetto benefico per ridurre il tempo richiesto per prendere sonno si ottiene con l’assunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di melatonina.
L’azione benefica per alleviare gli effetti del jet lag si ottiene con l’assunzione poco prima di coricarsi, di un minimo di 0,5 mg di melatonina il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l’arrivo a destinazione.
Avvertenze
Non superare la dose giornaliera raccomandata. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei 3 anni di età. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata.
