Per un'installazione verso l'alto si raccomanda fortemente la pulizia del profilo, adeguatamente sgrassato prima dell’installazione della strip, per garantire aderenza totale e in piena sicurezza. Per un aderenza ottimale bisogna scaldare con phon a temperatura adeguata il nastro d'acciaio, dopo di che fissare con il bioadesivo 3M la striscia a led.
La striscia LED misura una lunghezza 5 metri per una larghezza 20 millimetri.
La striscia a led può essere scelta di ben 3 tonalità di luce 2700K (luce caldissima), 3000K (luce calda) o 4000K (luce naturale).
La scelta della temperatura di colore dipende dall'atmosfera che si desidera creare e dalle attività che si svolgeranno negli spazi illuminati. Le luci più calde (2700K e 3000K) sono generalmente più adatte per spazi di relax, mentre le luci neutre (4000K) sono più indicate per ambienti di lavoro e commerciali.
Le strisce a led sono tagliabili ad ogni 50 centimetri.
La striscia a led ha un wattaggio totale di 50W e precisamente di 10W per ogni metro.
In ogni singola striscia a led sono presenti 120 led per ogni metro.
Tipo di led SMD 2835. I numeri dei LED sono i numeri a quattro cifre che indicano la dimensione del LED. 2835 significa che il chip con questa numerazione ha una dimensione di 2.8 mm * 3.5 mm. Oltre alle sole dimensioni, questi numeri rappresentano anche le diverse proprietà dei LED. Questi LED sono più efficienti dal punto di vista energetico e più luminosi rispetto ad altre tipologie come le 3528 o 5050 SMD.

Driver ESCLUSO. Consigliato tre tipologie in calce al prodotto. La scelta del giusto driver, dipende, dalla lunghezza della striscia led che si vuole utilizzare e di conseguenza dalla potenza.
