COMPOSIZIONE:
E’ una fascia in gomma sintetica espansa a celle chiuse di colore nero flessibile, spessore 3 mm, con una superficie adesivizzata e dotata di un film protettivo a perdere.
PROPRIETA’ :
L’alta percentuale di elastomero sintetico conferisce al prodotto isolante elasticità ed adattabilità alle differenti situazioni d’impiego, inodore, alto
potere isolante contro lacondensa, la corrosione, il calore ed il rumore. E’ autoestinguente con reazione al fuoco EUROCLASSE Bs 3 d0.
UTILIZZO :
Viene applicato per la coibentazione di tubazioni calde e fredde in particolar modo negli impianti di produzione e distribuzione di refrigerazione e
condizionamento, sui pezzi speciali e là dove non è possibile coibentare normalmente. Il nastro viene inoltre impiegato come coprigiunto.
MESSA IN OPERA:
La superficie delle condotte o pezzi speciali deve essere asciutta e priva di grasso e polvere, dopo di che si può procedere alla coibentazione della
superficie. Sulle tubazioni èda avvolgere a spirale sormontando dal 20 % al 50 % a seconda dello spessore desiderato e del tipo di isolamento
richiesto oltre che al diametro delle tubazioni. Togliere il film di protezione man mano che si applica la fascia isolante.
