Dal panettone artigianale, nasce l’idea del Panpassito, un fresco e morbido “panettoncino” da consumare tutto l’anno. Caratteristiche che lo hanno reso uno dei prodotti più apprezzati della Pasticceria Giulio.
La sua leggerezza, è data dalla selezione di farine arricchite di fiocchi di germe di grano, ancora macinato a pietra che, mantengono integre tutte le alte proprietà, conferendo all’impasto un’alta digeribilità poiché interamente lievitato con lievito madre.
La sua freschezza è ottenuta dall’assoluta mancanza di aromi, conservanti e coloranti.
A cottura ultimata viene Impregnato con vino moscato e passito siciliano (link?) che ci permettono di prolungare la conservazione del nostro “Panpassito” fino a 100 gg. Benchè sia un prodotto interamente naturale.
Il nuovo packaging, dal design giovane ed elegante, ne fa un vero e proprio gioiello.
