La Crema di Aglio Rosso di Nubia è preparata con una delle varietà più rappresentative della tradizione agricola trapanese, riconosciuta come Presidio Slow Food. La ricetta essenziale unisce aglio rosso, olio extravergine di oliva e una delicata nota di aceto di vino bianco, senza conservanti né additivi.
La consistenza morbida e spalmabile la rende pratica da utilizzare su crostini e antipasti, ma anche per insaporire sughi, risotti, marinature e secondi piatti di carne o pesce. Ne basta una piccola quantità per aggiungere alle preparazioni un gusto deciso e aromatico.
