Un pecorino da 600/700gr in base alla stagionatura con il nostro zafferano bio dal gusto deciso circondato dal sapore di un buon pecorino fresco, dal colore dorato, ricco di tutte le proprietà antiossidanti del nostro zafferano che ha vinto il primo premio miglior zafferano in Italia.
Il percorino a latte crudo con caglio vegetale, lo abbiamo abbinato ad un miele crudo biologico (gusto a seconda della stagionalità) che si sposa pefettamente al gusto dello Zafferano.
Un regalo da farsi e da fare.
ATTENZIONE! durante la stagione calda, il pecorino potrebbe arrivare 'sudato'. Prima di consumarlo, consigliamo di lavarlo sotto acqua del rubinetto, asciugarlo con carta pulita e riporlo in frigo in sacchetto di carta.
