Le lampadine a led possono essere acquistate, principalmente di ben tre tonalità, calda (2700°K-3000K), naturale (4000°K) o fredda (5000°K-6000°K).
Quando si acquista una lampadina, osservare il valore dei lumen è davvero fondamentale perché è questo dato, e non i watt, a indicare quanta luce reale verrà emessa nello spazio da illuminare.
I lumen rappresentano infatti la quantità effettiva di luminosità percepita nell’ambiente, più è alto il numero, più intensa sarà la luce. I watt, invece, indicano solo il consumo energetico della lampadina, non la sua potenza luminosa.
Capire i lumen permette quindi di scegliere con precisione la lampadina più adatta, evitando ambienti troppo bui o eccessivamente illuminati e ottenendo il risultato luminoso desiderato.
