Polyflex Ultra P è una membrana impermeabile prefabbricata in bitume distillato polimero elastoplastomerica (BPP) ad alte prestazioni, prodotta da Polyglass SpA. È realizzata con compound a base di bitume distillato modificato con polimeri APP e APAO e additivi antinvecchiamento che ne migliorano la durabilità e la resistenza.
La Polyflex Ultra P è indicata per l’impermeabilizzazione di coperture, fondazioni, barriere al vapore, sottotegola e ponti. Può essere impiegata in monostrato o multistrato, sia in sistemi a vista che sotto protezione pesante. È ideale anche per applicazioni contro l’umidità di risalita o l’acqua di falda.
Disponibile con finitura superiore in sabbia o graniglia di ardesia ceramizzata naturale o colorata, e faccia inferiore in film di polietilene termofusibile. I colori includono grigio, verde, rosso e White Reflect Plus ad alta riflettanza (Cool Roof).
L’applicazione di Polyflex Ultra P avviene per incollaggio totale mediante fiamma leggera di gas propano, previa stesura di un promotore di adesione (Polyprimer, Polyprimer HP o Idroprimer). Le superfici devono essere pulite, piane e asciutte. In coperture a vista si raccomanda protezione con pitture riflettenti dopo l’ossidazione.
