Il Ribes Nigrum (ribes nero) è considerato uno dei più potenti antistaminici naturali. È ampiamente utilizzato in fitoterapia per contrastare i sintomi delle allergie respiratorie (come la rinite allergica) e cutanee grazie alla sua azione "cortison-like", ovvero simile a quella del cortisone ma senza gli effetti collaterali del farmaco sintetico
Azione Antinfiammatoria: Stimola le ghiandole surrenali a produrre cortisolo naturale, riducendo l'infiammazione causata dagli allergeni.
Contrasto ai Pollini: Viene spesso utilizzato come barriera naturale contro le allergie stagionali da graminacee e pollini.
