I semi dello psillio vengono utilizzati per la regolarità del transito intestinale grazie capacità di stimolare la fisiologica funzione intestinale. Il loro componente caratterizzante è la mucillagine, polisaccaride di composizione chimica complessa, appartenente alla categoria delle fibre idrosolubili, che al contatto con l’acqua si rigonfia e aumenta di volume. Ad azione lassativa meccanica incrementa la quantità della massa fecale, ne ammorbidisce il contenuto, al suo passaggio pulisce le pareti intestinali, facilita lo svuotamento dell’intestino e la defecazione in maniera delicata.
Formato: 100 gr
Modo d’uso:
INFUSO: Un cucchiaino da thè o più in un litro di acqua bollente. Lasciare in infusione per un massimo di 15 minuti, colare e dolcificare a piacere.
DECOTTO: Due cucchiai rasi da tavola in mezzo litro di acqua fredda. Portare ad ebollizione, lasciare bollire per 5 minuti. Colare e dolcificare a piacere
