La Bursera Graveolens, comunemente nota come Palo Santo, è un albero presente in America centro-meridionale. Il suo nome deriva da una particolarità legata alla sua fioritura, che avviene il giorno di Natale.
Il Paolo Santo viene proposto solitamente sotto forma di legnetto aromatico.
Per sprigionare le sue proprietà è sufficiente bruciarne l’estremità, fino ad ottenere un po’ di brace e il caratteristico fumo profumato.
MODALITÀ D’USO
solo per uso esterno. Per suffumigi: 2-3 gocce in una bacinella di acqua calda. Nei diffusori e bruciatori di essenze: 3-4 gocce. Per un bagno rilassante: 5 gocce nell’acqua del bagno. In caso di tosse con catarro, massaggiare il petto con 3-4 gocce di olio essenziale aggiunte a un cucchiaino di olio di Mandorle.
