E’ a base di resine acriliche/siliconiche e si applica come unico prodotto nella protezione di superfici metalliche.
Per interni ed esterno resiste a temperature fino a 450°C.
· APPLICAZIONI
Si applica su metallo nudo o verniciato direttamente su superfici arrugginite anche se umide di barbecue, canne fumarie, caldaie, forni, parafuoco, parti di stufe, marmitte, tubazioni per vapore, surriscaldato, collettori, ciminiere e camini.
· VANTAGGI
Resiste a temperature fino a 450°C.
Può essere applicato direttamente sulla ruggine senza carteggiare né stendere l’antiruggine.
Facile da usare garantisce una verniciatura eccellente e di lunga durata.
Può essere applicato anche su superfici verticali: non cola e non gocciola.
Elevato potere riempitivo.
Ottima pennellabilità, dilatazione e scorrimento.
· MODALITÀ DI APPLICAZIONE E ISTRUZIONI
Miscelare sempre prima dell’uso.
Superfici nuove:sgrassare e quindi applicare Fernovus.
Superfici da riverniciare :eliminare vernici in fase di distacco e la ruggine friabile ,sgrassare e quindi applicare Fernovus.
Essicca al tatto dopo 2/3 ore; la seconda mano è applicabile dopo 12 ore.
Attendere almeno 12 ore prima di sottoporre il manufatto a sollecitazioni termiche .
Dopo l’uso pulire gli attrezzi con acquaragia.
Per ottenere un risultato ottimale e duraturo è necessario che le parti verniciate vengano esposte,anche una sola volta per alcuni minuti,ad una temperatura di almeno 150° al di sotto della quale l’indurimento e l’adesione risultano parziali.
