Saratoga Silicone Sigillante Alta Temperatura in blister è il silicone monocomponente a reticolazione acetica idoneo per impieghi
da -60° a +260°C con punte sino a 330°C
È’ puro silicone, non contiene solventi. Ha ottima resistenza ai raggi U.V., agli agenti atmosferici, mantiene inalterate le sue eccezionali
caratteristiche fisiche, anche dopo molti anni di esposizione all’esterno, senza essere influenzato dalle basse e alte temperature
APPLICAZIONI
Ha ottima adesione a vetro, ceramica, acciaio, alluminio, alcune materie plastiche, legno, supporti verniciati
Sigillature negli impianti di riscaldamento e condizionamento, caldaie, stufe, ferri per stirare, elettrodomestici e simili
MODALITÀ DI APPLICAZIONE E ISTRUZIONI
Le superfici devono essere pulite ed asciutte
Applicare il nastro maschera tipo Saratoga Vernimask, per la profilatura dei bordi (rimuovere immediatamente dopo l’applicazione del sigillante)
Forare il tubetto con la parte superiore del tappo. Tagliare l’ugello nel diametro desiderato. Estrudere il prodotto con la chiavetta in dotazione
Dopo l’uso, togliere l’ugello e chiudere il tubetto. Il sigillante residuo rimasto nell’ugello si asporta facilmente dopo l’indurimento
Eventuale lisciatura con spatola bagnata con acqua saponata, entro 10 minuti
Indurimento superficiale in 1 ora. Completo nelle 24 ore
Pulizia: entro 10 minuti con un panno pulito bagnato di solvente o con Saratoga Via Sil Fresco,
quando indurito si pulisce con Saratoga Via Sil Indurito.
