· COS'È
È una schiuma poliuretanica monocomponente autoespandente, di colore rosso, resistente al fuoco; indurisce per effetto dell’umidità.
La struttura cellulare uniforme, a pori prevalentemente chiusi, la stabilità dimensionale e le proprietà meccaniche, sono tali da rendere la Schiuma Antifuoco RF5 ideale per fissare, isolare e sigillare.
· APPLICAZIONI
Schiuma Antifuoco RF5 ha un’ottima adesione a tutti i più comuni materiali usati in edilizia, sia lisci che porosi: legno, cemento, intonaco, metalli, materie plastiche (eccetto politene, teflon e silicone).
· VANTAGGI
Schiuma Antifuoco RF5 è conforme alle specifiche di prevenzione incendi, perché classificata EI 240 nella prova di resistenza al fuoco secondo le norme EN 13501-2:2009, rapporto di prova n°CSI1861FR (test secondo EN1366-4:2010 e EN 1363-1:2012).
È stata testata in giunti lineari ed incorporando della lana minerale nel giunto, si è raggiunto una resistenza al fuoco fino a 240 minuti in giunti di diverse dimensioni.
Indurita, Schiuma Antifuoco RF5 è inattaccabile da microrganismi e muffe ed ha ottima resistenza agli agenti chimici.
Schiuma Antifuoco RF5 si può forare, tagliare, stuccare e verniciare; è impermeabile e resiste al calore, al freddo e all’invecchiamento.
Riutilizzo sicuro: dopo l’uso, ripiegando il tubetto erogatore nella sua sede, la bombola può essere riutilizzata anche dopo un mese.
