Buccia verde grigia venata di scuro, La polpa è ben rossa, senza zone bianche e non si spacca. Resiste bene al calore solare, molto succosa e zuccherina.
Semi di colore marrone con vene scure. Lunga cm. 60 e larga 25 circa, del peso di kg. 15-18, resistente all’Antracnosi ed al Fusarium.
Durata germinativa del seme:La durata germinativa è di 4 anni.
Si consiglia di lavorare profondamente il terreno nell'estate che precede la coltura, in seguito fresare e preparare le buche dove andranno posti i semi.
Dopo 20/30 giorni dalla semina eseguire il diradamento, lasciando per ogni buca la pianta più sviluppata e robusta. E' buona regola lasciare crescere un solo frutto per arbusto.
