l Cavolo broccolo a getti di Napoli Spigariello è una pianta molto coltivata in Campania, un’antica varietà a maturazione tardiva, di media altezza e fortemente ramificata, con foglie a margini frastagliati, di colore verde scuro. Produce molti getti laterali che tagliati, ricrescono rapidamente. Sapore delicato non amaro.
Semina: da aprile a giugno.
Trapianto e distanze: a fine agosto-inizio settembre le varietà precoci a raccolta autunnale. tra le file 50 cm, sulla fila 40 cm. A ottobre-novembre le varietà tardive a raccolta invernale. tra le file 70-80 cm o 60-70 cm.
Consigli: concimare con abbondante potassio. raccolto il fiore centrale, attendere qualche settimana la formazione dei getti secondari.
