Il GAS SEAL è un sigillante adesivo a media resistenza per la sigillatura e il bloccaggio di raccordi negli impianti, di dimensioni non superiori ai 2 pollici. Il prodotto può essere
utilizzato con: GAS – GPL – METANO – IDROCARBURI – OLI – NAFTE – ACQUA CALDA E FREDDA, ACQUA GLICOLATA, etc.
Il GAS SEAL ha un’ottima resistenza al calore e alle sollecitazioni meccaniche. Utilizzabile anche con materiali plastici previo trattamento del filetto con apposito spray
attivatore ACTIV SEAL. Prodotto certificato WRAS per impiego in ambito alimentare.
IMPIEGHI:
Sigillatura e bloccaggio di bulloni e raccordi a compressione meccanica di impianti idrosanitari, frigoriferi, condizionatori a gas, aria compressa, gas, etc. Il prodotto una volta
polimerizzato può essere impiegato con liquidi alimentari ed è resistente ai comuni prodotti chimici diluiti.
Questo prodotto non è adatto per accoppiamenti metallo-plastica e in circuiti d’ossigeno nonché per la sigillatura di impianti con prodotti basici o acidi fortemente ossidanti.
Per ottenere le migliori prestazioni si raccomanda di lavorare su superfici pulite, asciutte e sgrassate.
