I Soffi di Sale nascono nelle saline di Trapani, dove sole, mare e brezza favoriscono la formazione di un sottilissimo velo di cristalli sulla superficie dell’acqua. Vengono raccolti esclusivamente a mano dai salinai nei brevi momenti in cui restano sospesi sulle vasche, seguendo un’antica tradizione locale.
Naturalmente fini, non necessitano di macinazione e conservano le caratteristiche originarie del sale marino, compresa la naturale presenza di magnesio. La loro sapidità delicata e armoniosa permette di valorizzare gli ingredienti senza coprirne il gusto.
Sono ideali da utilizzare a crudo come tocco finale su pesce, carne, verdure, insalate e preparazioni gourmet. Prodotti da Sosalt nella Riserva Naturale delle Saline di Trapani e Paceco, rappresentano una specialità siciliana ottenuta con metodi artigianali e rispettosi dell’ambiente.
