Si tratta di un dissipatore attivo per CPU, prodotto da Spire, azienda nota negli anni 2000 per soluzioni di raffreddamento economiche e affidabili. Il modello Stars-420 è stato progettato principalmente per le piattaforme Intel Socket 478 (Pentium 4, Celeron) e AMD Socket A (462) (Athlon XP, Duron), con un design modulare che permetteva l’uso su entrambi i socket grazie a clip intercambiabili.
