Il passapomodoro manuale è una macchina usata per la trasformazione del pomodoro in “passata”, studiata per essere usata in appoggio su di un tavolo, il quale fissaggio avviene tramite una morsa di cui la macchina è dotata.
Il corpo della macchina, ghiera e morsetta sono realizzati in alluminio pressofuso brillantato per alimenti, mentre gli altri componenti, quali l'imbuto e il gocciolatoio sono realizzati in plastica per alimenti.
Il passapomodoro è adatta a lavori limitati essendo sprovvista di motore.
