Istruzioni:
1. Utilizzare esclusivamente gli appositi "tappi champagne" in sughero.
2. Sollevare la leva di tappaggio e inserire il tappo nell'apposita sede determinatasi dall'automatica apertura delle ganasce di compressione.
3. Posizionare la bottiglia sul piattello d'appoggio effettuando una leggera pressione consentendo alla stessa di interporsi fra base e testa della tappatrice.
4. Regolare, attraverso la rondella posizionata sul punzone di inserimento, il rapporto tra la parte di tappo inserita nel collo della bottiglia e la parte di tappo che, rimanendo esterna alla bottiglia, assumerà€ la caratteristica forma a fungo (normalmente su un tappo intero il rapporto sarà€ di: 2/5 di tappo all'esterno, 3/5 di tappo all'interno).
5. Abbassare energicamente la leva innestando il tappo nella bottiglia e lasciando all'esterno la parte rimanente che rigonfiandosi formerà la caratteristica "capocchia a fungo".
6. Alzare nuovamente la leva di tappaggio, fare una pressione sul piattello d'appoggio e contemporaneamente abbassare la levetta di sgancio, estrarre la bottiglia.
