Tramite il Jack di Connessione 2.1 può essere connesso facilmente alla striscia LED o utilizzato per alimentare altri apparecchi elettronici come router, hub, telecamere di sicurezza, impianti audio-video ecc.
L'alimentatore è fornito di cavo per la connessione alla presa di corrente a parete. Grado di protezione IP44.
L'alimentatore deve avere una potenza superiore del 20% rispetto al wattaggio effettivo della striscia LED. Ad esempio una striscia LED da 10W per metro, lunga 1 metro, avrà bisogno di un alimentatore con potenza di 12W o superiore.
