Un tè verde dall'aroma intenso, proveniente dall'omonima provincia dello Yunnan- Cina. Un tè molto classico composto da foglie e tante gemme. Profuma di fieno ma al sapore è molto fiorito.
Coltivato a 1300mt viene semplicemente fatto essiccare all’aria corrente a temperatura controllata. Non subisce nessun altro processo. Le gemme e le prime foglioline risultano ricoperte di lanugine classica dei Tè Bianchi. Ricchissimo di Antiossidanti!
COLORE: Giallo dorato limpido.
AROMA E PROFUMI: Vegetale dal profumo di fieno, dolce, note fiorite
SAPORE: Vellutato pieno con note fiorite.
PREPARAZIONE: 2/3 gr. per 200 cc. di acqua minerale naturale alla temperatura di 75/80° .Tempo di infusione 3 min.
COME BERLO: Un Te’ per tutte le ore della giornata. Ottimo da bere caldo durante i pasti o accompagnato da dolci delicati. Molto ricco in antiossidanti.
