Prodotto liquido pronto all’uso, formulato con materie prime di grado alimentare per il trattamento anticalcare su caldaie, scambiatori di calore e impianti idrici.
Il regolare dosaggio di Zerocal+ Dose consente nel tempo un risparmio energetico compreso tra il 15 e il 20% e un allungamento della vita media di scambiatori di calore e idrodomestici. I dosatori ZeroCal sono dosatori anticalcare per caldaie e scambiatori di calore. La forma ergonomica e gli attacchi orientabili e bidirezionali rendono l’installazione facile e veloce anche in spazi ristretti. ZeroCal non necessita di alimentazione elettrica.
L’acqua utilizzata negli impianti idrici contiene disciolta una certa quantità di sali di calcio e di magnesio che ne costituiscono la durezza. Riscaldando l’acqua e la durezza dà origine ad una reazione chimica con formazione di carbonato di calcio e magnesio (calcare) e anidride carbonica. Il carbonato di calcio precipita dando origine a incrostazioni su impianti e scambiatori mentre l’anidride carbonica genera effetti corrosivi all’interno dell’impianto. È necessario pertanto trattare l’acqua installando apparecchiature anticalcare e anticorrosione quali i dosatori proporzionali.
